Role Overview Convergent is looking for a detail-oriented and digitally savvy intern to support day-to-day e-commerce operations across a portfolio of ~27 brands on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. Over 6 months, you'll keep our storefronts accurate and campaigns live, handle escalated customer enquiries and disputes, and bring energy and creativity to our TikTok content and live commerce efforts. Key Responsibilities Platform Operations • Upload and maintain product listings across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify using provided assets(copy, titles, images) • Set up promotional campaigns, discount mechanics, and activation timelines on each platform • Upload promotional banners and link them to the correct categories and storefronts • Conduct regular listing audits to ensure pricing accuracy, stock visibility, and correct categorisation • Maintain and update the asset list to ensure all product materials are organised and accounted for Customer Service & Dispute Resolution • Monitor and respond to buyer enquiries escalated by our AI chat system that require human intervention • Handle returns, refund requests, and buyer disputes in line with platform policies and Convergent's service standards • Ensure returned items are properly received, labelled, and stored in the correct location TikTok Content & Live Commerce • Conceptualise and produce short-form TikTok content with creative freedom, showcasing products from our brand portfolio • Assist in coordinating TikTok Live sessions, including pre-live preparation, on-screen hosting, and post-live follow-up What We're Looking For You're someone who is detail-oriented by nature, catches things others miss, and takes pride in getting it right the first time. You're comfortable on camera and confident enough to host or appear in TikTok Lives and short-form content, no professional experience needed, just a willingness to show up authentically. You communicate clearly and professionally, especially in writing. Any prior exposure to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Shopify, or Excel is a bonus, but we'll train you on the job too. A genuine interest in consumer tech, gaming, or lifestyle products will make this role a lot more fun. Learning Outcomes Over 6 months, you'll gain hands-on experience managing live storefronts across Southeast Asia's major platforms, from listing setup to full campaign execution. You'll develop a thorough understanding of the post-purchase customer journey, handling enquiries, returns, and disputes at scale. And through TikTok content creation and live selling, you'll build practical skills in one of the fastest-growing commerce formats in the region, with the runway to develop and refine your own on-camera style.
