Responsibilities Develop existing ship supply business accounts and identify new sales opportunities to expand market reach Build and strengthen customer relationships to increase sales and customer loyalty Propose and execute sales strategies to promote products and grow business with current customers Establish frontline communication with customers to share market trends and pricing updates Deliver personalized customer service by managing complaints and coordinating deliveries efficiently Prepare and manage quotations for running orders, cruises, and tenders to support sales processes Collaborate with Operations and Management teams to align sales activities with business needs Analyze market and sales data regularly to monitor industry trends and inform sales strategies Support the Accounts team by following up on payments and resolving customer-related issues Perform additional tasks as needed to facilitate smooth business operations
