Job description: Quote and secure new business (from new customers or increased share from existing customers) Liaise with customers on air/sea import/export shipment instructions Coordinate with internal CS/Ops teams and vendors to execute shipments Resolve problems when they crop up (rare but sometimes will happen at night / weekends) Build and maintain key customer relationships and gather market information Requirements: Minimum education in Diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of working experience in freight forwarding/logistics Self-motivated and possess a positive customer-oriented mind set Strong verbal and communication skills Good team player Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
