About this role

Member Relations: First Point of Contact: Greet members warmly, respond promptly to inquiries, and ensure exceptional service to build strong, lasting relationships. Membership Management: Process new applications, update member records, and ensure compliance with policies while maintaining confidentiality. Member Communication: Keep members informed about upcoming events, promotions, and offerings through newsletters, invitations, and reminders. Personalized Service: Assist with special requests, such as booking reservations, arranging private events, and offering tailored recommendations. Issue Resolution: Handle member concerns, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. Financial Management: Manage membership fee collections, process payments, and maintain accurate financial records for dues and transactions. Event Promotion: Collaborate with the Lifestyle Producer and Relationship Manager to promote member-exclusive events and maximize engagement through targeted communication. Member Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience and encourage participation in activities. Administrative Duties: Reservation Coordination: Manage dining, event, and facility reservations, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates in the system. Information Dissemination: Communicate policies, event details, and updates to members and guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Record Keeping: Maintain thorough, accurate records of member interactions, membership status, and guest visits for efficient tracking. Standards & Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and service areas uphold high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury. Job Requirement Experience in customer service preferably in hospitality
