Responsibilities Design and plan activity programmes to engage the seniors and residents in the community Facilitate and lead the session in group or one-on-one settings Encourage participation and monitor the engagement and well-being of the seniors Tailor and adapt activities to individual interest and physical and health conditions Assist in outreach and advocacy activities, including community engagement and health talks Oversee general maintenance, cleanliness, and hygiene of activity spaces Any other duties as assigned Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Community Care / Social Services / Healthcare, or a related discipline At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in fitness, wellness, rehabilitation, or geriatric-related settings Candidates with certification in music will have an added advantage Genuine passion for and enjoyment in working with seniors
