As they continue to grow, they are expanding their HR team and are looking for a dedicated Human Resource Executive to join them. Job Summary : Manage the full spectrum of HR administration, payroll, Work Pass matters, and foreign worker coordination. The role also supports employee welfare, statutory reporting, and general office administration while ensuring compliance with MOM regulations and company policies. Job Responsibilities : Manage Work Pass matters, including applications, renewals, cancellations, transfers, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate the full employment lifecycle of foreign workers, including recruitment, pre-arrival arrangements, onboarding, orientation, employment matters, resignation, and termination. Handle workers’ home leave applications, flight arrangements, leave tracking, and supporting documentation. Coordinate mandatory training, safety certifications, medical examinations, and course renewals. Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR documentation. Monitor attendance, timesheets, overtime, leave, and no-pay leave records for payroll processing. Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including overtime, allowances, deductions, claims, and statutory contributions. Handle CPF, SDL, IR8A, IR21 tax clearance, and other relevant statutory submissions. Prepare payroll, headcount, leave, and HR reports for management. Administer employee leave, medical benefits, claims, and welfare matters. Coordinate the issuance and record-keeping of Personal Protective Equipment. Support recruitment activities, including job advertisements, interview arrangements, and onboarding documentation. Liaise with MOM, dormitory operators, insurers, training providers, and external vendors. Assist with office administration, purchasing of office supplies, and maintenance of administrative records. Support company events, employee engagement activities, welfare programmes, and staff communications. Maintain HR and administrative documents in accordance with ISO and company requirements. Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by management. Job Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience, preferably within the construction or engineering industry. Good knowledge of Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, Work Pass administration, CPF, payroll, and statutory compliance. Experience handling foreign workers and construction-related HR matters is preferred. Candidates who can commence work immediately or within short notice will have an added advantage.
