Procurement Executive (Electronics Component)

Our client is a global distributor of electronic components and supply chain solutions serving industries such as aerospace, automotive, medical, defense, and telecommunications. The company operates across North America, Europe, and Asia, with Singapore serving as a key APAC hub. Requirements: Source and procure electronic components and materials based on business requirements Manage the end-to-end purchasing process, from quotation to order placement and delivery Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors Negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms to achieve cost savings Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock shortages Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and industry trends Resolve supplier issues relating to pricing, quality, and delivery Work closely with Sales, Operations, Warehouse, and other internal departments to support procurement activities Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with company procurement policies Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline Minimum 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience , preferably in the electronics or electronic components industry Experience in supplier sourcing, vendor management, and price negotiations Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills Knowledge in usage of procurement software / tools will be an added advantage How to Apply: Qualified or interested candidates, please submit your updated resume by using the 'Apply Now' Button We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
