Job Description Infrastructure Engineering Manager / Platform Engineering Manager (Cloud & SRE) Location Singapore Employment Type Permanent Overview We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineering Manager to lead the design, modernization, and operation of enterprise infrastructure platforms across hybrid cloud environments. This leadership role is responsible for driving cloud transformation, infrastructure automation, platform reliability, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices while managing high-performing engineering teams supporting mission-critical systems. The ideal candidate will possess over 15 years of infrastructure engineering experience with a proven track record of leading large-scale cloud transformation initiatives, implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and delivering highly available platforms within enterprise or financial services environments. Key Responsibilities Infrastructure & Platform Engineering Lead the architecture, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise infrastructure platforms. Design scalable hybrid cloud environments across AWS, Azure, and on-premise infrastructure. Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with business and technology roadmaps. Drive platform modernization initiatives leveraging cloud-native technologies and automation. Engineering Leadership Lead and mentor cross-functional Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, and SRE teams. Build high-performing engineering teams through coaching, technical leadership, and career development. Foster an Automation-First and DevOps culture across infrastructure operations. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and Operations teams to deliver strategic technology initiatives. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Establish and drive SRE best practices across enterprise platforms.
