IT Support Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and administration across enterprise applications, IT infrastructure, and end-user environments. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring system availability, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user access, and supporting day-to-day IT operations in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong experience in application support, Windows server administration, Active Directory, virtualization, networking, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset to deliver high-quality IT support services. Key Responsibilities Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications and IT infrastructure. Perform application troubleshooting, incident investigation, and root cause analysis. Monitor and maintain system availability, performance, and operational stability. Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions through Active Directory and enterprise systems. Support Windows Server environments, including administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Administer and support virtualization platforms such as Hyper-V. Assist with network troubleshooting involving switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity issues. Support security solutions including Fortinet and Cisco technologies. Manage and resolve incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within agreed SLA timelines. Participate in change management, release management, and deployment activities. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party support teams to resolve technical issues. Support AWS cloud services including EC2, S3, VPC, and IAM.
