As we continue to scale our distribution network, we are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead our growth across key maritime and hospitality accounts. Role Overview As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our market footprint. You will leverage your existing network and expertise to capture market share within the ship supply/ship chandler and HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering) sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker who is comfortable with high-volume accounts and fast-paced B2B logistics. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities within the ship chandler, marine provisioning, and HoReCa sectors. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with procurement managers, ship suppliers, and chefs, ensuring high retention and customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments to identify new product opportunities or supply gaps. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the logistics and inventory teams to ensure seamless fulfillment of high-volume, time-sensitive orders. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in food distribution, provision goods, or FMCG. Sector Expertise: A strong background and established network within ship chandlers, marine provisioning, and/or the HoReCa industry is required. Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage high-volume account portfolios efficiently. Mindset: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable navigating fast-paced distribution environments.
