About this role

What do we expect from you? Under the guidance of the Director of Housekeeping or any other authorized by the management, we are seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator whom isdetail-oriented and an organized individual. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. How your day looks like: Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning procedures and use of cleaning equipment Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment Monitor and track housekeeping expenses to ensure budget compliance Respond to guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and special cleaning projects Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for housekeeping staff Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including staff performance evaluations and maintenance requests Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in housekeeping operations Undertake and complete any special projects, tasks or other reasonable request by your department head and/or Hotel Management.
