Site Supervisor

Job Summary Direct and supervise daily mechanical and electrical (M&E) installation works on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while coordinating resources and stakeholders to achieve project milestones efficiently. Responsibilities Direct daily M&E installation works, ensuring workers and subcontractors follow approved drawings and method statements to meet project specifications Schedule daily manpower deployment and manage site logistics to maintain continuous workflow and prevent delays Coordinate timely material delivery to support uninterrupted site operations Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship quality, identify clashes or technical issues, and implement corrective actions promptly Enforce Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations by conducting toolbox meetings and ensuring compliance with permit-to-work requirements Liaise with project managers, consultants, main contractors, and client representatives to resolve conflicts and facilitate smooth project execution Required competencies and certifications Diploma, NITEC/Higher NITEC, or technical certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline 1 to 5+ years of relevant on-site supervisory experience in residential, commercial, or industrial projects Trade certifications and safety credentials such as the BCSS (Building Construction Supervisor Safety) course Ability to read and interpret complex M&E and architectural blueprints to monitor quality control and project progress Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong team leadership demonstrated by managing manpower and coordinating site activities effectively Conflict resolution skills applied to liaise with multiple stakeholders and resolve site issues Reporting capabilities to document site progress and compliance status
