About the job (key responsibilities) Manage customers through the loan process, understand their needs, and recommend suitable loan options Review financial documents and ensure all applications follow company SOPs and industry regulations Provide customers with support and updates throughout their loan application About you (key requirements) Great communication skills, positive attitude and sales driven Familiar with tools like MS Office (Word, Excel) No finance experience is required—we hire for potential Location & working hours Tanjong Pagar Monday-Saturday 11am-8pm
