As an Accounts Assistant intern, you’ll be an essential part of our operations, helping to keep things running smoothly across different business units. If you love numbers and enjoy problem-solving, this is the perfect opportunity to learn and grow with us! 🚀 Finance & Administration: Participate in the cross-functional project team for the new system implementation Provide guidance and hands-on support to end-users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Monitor post-go-live performance and support users during the stabilization period. Document key workflows, FAQs, and system procedures for ongoing referemce Monitor and verify incoming funds and update daily cash flow (AR/AP). Follow up on overdue accounts for payment and update payment due dates. Generate and update statements of account (SOA) for overdue accounts Assist in data entry Update balance sheet/profit and loss (BS/PL) spreadsheets after month-end closing. Other Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD. Requirements: Basic understanding of accounting principles is a must (e.g., financial statements, bookkeeping). Skilled in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Excel tools like PowerBI. Strong attention to detail and responsibility. Upholds confidentiality and demonstrates a willingness to learn.
