Seeking a passionate and experienced dance instructor Ballet, Contemporary,Jazz, Kpop to join us! Responsibilities: Design and deliver impactful instruction for students aged 3 and above. Cultivate a stimulating and nurturing learning environment that ignites a genuine love for dance. Craft and implement curriculum tailored to various ages and skill levels, ensuring progression and engagement. Assess student progress through ongoing evaluation and maintain detailed records. Prepare students for dance examinations, ensuring technical accuracy and artistic expression. Choreograph innovative routines across diverse styles and techniques for captivating performances and competitions. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, building a collaborative and supportive atmosphere. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, prioritizing safety, discipline, and positive reinforcement. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Dance Education or related field. Recognized teaching qualification in at least one offered style (e.g., RAD, CSTD, ISTD). Minimum 2 years of proven experience teaching dance to children aged 3 and above. Documented professional dance experience (performance and/or choreography) highly desirable. Demonstrated success in preparing students for competitions and examinations. Skills & Knowledge: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering open and effective dialogue with students, parents, and colleagues. Dynamic and engaging teaching style, capable of captivating and motivating young learners.
