About this role

Job Purpose The Finance & HR Manager is responsible for managing the finance, accounting, payroll and HR administration functions for Kinderland Vietnam - Ho Chi Minh City . The role ensures accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, payroll processing, internal controls and HR administrative support across all centres. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting • Manage full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing. • Prepare financial reports, management reports, supporting schedules and analysis. • Handle billing, collections, payments, bank reconciliation and cash-flow monitoring. • Monitor school fee collections, refunds, outstanding payments, centre expenses and budget control. • Review supplier invoices, payment requests and supporting documents to ensure proper approval, documentation and compliance. Tax, Audit & Compliance • Ensure compliance with Vietnam accounting, tax and statutory requirements. • Prepare or support tax filings, government reports, audit schedules and statutory submissions. • Respond to tax, audit and regulatory queries with proper supporting documents. • Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, banks and relevant government authorities. • Support internal control, compliance reviews and audit follow-up across all centres. Payroll & HR Administration • Oversee monthly payroll processing for all Vietnam centres. • Ensure accurate and timely payroll, PIT, social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance contributions. • Support HR administration, including employment contracts, staff records, onboarding and offboarding. • Coordinate with centre principals on staff movement, attendance, leave and payroll matters. • Support HR reporting, manpower cost tracking, staff cost analysis and labour compliance requirements.
