Responsibilities: Support HR planning, manpower data management and workforce reporting for the company’s departments and construction projects. Collect, maintain and analyse HR-related data, including headcount, recruitment progress, turnover, training records, performance appraisal status and employee information. Prepare HR reports, manpower analysis, recruitment summaries, training statistics and management presentation materials for internal review. Assist in developing and maintaining HR data trackers, dashboards, manpower reports and reporting templates to improve data accuracy and reporting efficiency. Support recruitment coordination, including manpower request tracking, interview arrangement, candidate information management and recruitment data reporting. Assist in work pass documentation support, employee information collection, document checking and follow-up with internal departments or external service providers. Support HR compliance work, including HR audit preparation, policy communication, document control and internal record checking. Coordinate with project teams, departments and headquarters on HR data, reports, employee documentation and related follow-up matters. Prepare reports and coordination materials in English and Chinese for internal stakeholders and headquarters. Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management. Requirements: Degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics or related disciplines. Candidates with relevant internship or work experience in HR operations, administration, finance, compliance, data analysis, reporting, document control or business coordination may be considered. Good analytical, reporting, documentation and data organisation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint; ability to use Excel functions, pivot tables and charts will be an advantage. Prior exposure to manpower planning, HR reporting, recruitment coordination, employee records, work pass documentation, training administration or compliance support will be an advantage. Basic understanding of Singapore employment practices and work pass processes will be an advantage. Able to communicate effectively with employees, departments, project teams and external parties. Able to prepare reports and coordination materials in both English and Chinese to support communication with internal stakeholders and headquarters. Responsible, meticulous, willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
