Marketing Executive

CT Investment is a distributor of multiple brands. We are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team in providing PR and marketing content for our social media and retail marketing presence. You are required to help ensure and maintain the brand reputation and image of the company on social media and offsite ads. You would be solely focused on marketing our brand and provide value-added and creative content that is engaging to our target audience. Your key responsibilities will include: To develop and manage social media strategy and content across multiple platforms to drive engagement, growth, and brand awareness Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including performance marketing across Google Ads, Meta. Plan content calendar and schedule posts timely on native platforms and social media. Plan, Monitor, analyse, and report on social media campaign performance, providing insights and optimization recommendations Support marketing events and activations, including planning, execution, and post-event evaluation. Collaborate closely with internal teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver integrated marketing campaigns Work with the internal design team to maintain brand image Provide prompt updates on the status of each campaign as well as briefs and timelines JOB REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma and above 1–3 years hands on experience in setting up Google Ads, Meta ads. Proven experience in executing social media campaigns and managing online communities (FMCG preferred) Strong communication and writing skills Proficiency in using social media platforms and management tools Be meticulous and organised in content reviews Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices Experience managing onsite ads with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok is an advantage.
