About the Company Our client is a leading provider of document solutions and digital imaging services, specializing in secure document management, archiving, and workflow processing. As a Senior Marketing Operations Executive, you will take ownership of critical marketing operations functions, including managing the production of web pages and landing pages, overseeing lead nurturing and marketing automation programs, and leading the design and implementation of marketing attribution models. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, combined with deep technical expertise and analytical acumen to support cross-functional teams and drive scalable marketing performance. Responsibilities Web Page Production Management: Lead the planning, development, and optimization of marketing web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites. Coordinate cross-functional teams including content, design, and web developers to deliver high-quality web assets on schedule. Ensure all web pages follow SEO best practices, accessibility standards, and CRO guidelines. Lead Nurturing & Automation Leadership: Manage the end-to-end development and optimization of lead nurturing workflows within marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot). Drive segmentation, lead scoring, and lifecycle marketing strategies to improve engagement and conversion. Monitor automation performance and lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Marketing Measurement & Attribution Oversight: Lead the creation and management of marketing attribution models to track and measure the impact of marketing activities across channels. Analyze marketing data and campaign performance to provide insights, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
