About this role

Job Summary The HR Generalist (Executive) is responsible for supporting the full spectrum of Human Resources operations in Singapore, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, expatriate administration, HR operations and compliance. The role works closely with hiring managers and employees to ensure efficient HR processes while maintaining compliance with Singapore employment legislation and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) requirements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organised and able to manage multiple HR responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities A. Recruitment & Employee Lifecycle Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, offer preparation and onboarding. Coordinate new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, contract renewals and other HR documentation. Support employee offboarding, including resignation processing and exit procedures. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment activities and day-to-day HR operational requirements. B. Employee Relations & HR Operations Support managers in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary and grievance cases, in accordance with company policies and employment legislation. Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures. Provide day-to-day HR support and respond to employee enquiries. Coordinate the annual performance review process and support employee engagement initiatives. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. C. Singapore Employment & MOM Compliance Ensure HR practices comply with the Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Manage the full Work Pass lifecycle, including Employment Pass (EP), S Pass, Dependant's Pass and related applications, renewals and cancellations. Liaise with MOM and relevant government agencies on employment-related matters. Maintain HR documentation and statutory records in compliance with legal and company requirements. Support internal and external audits, including ISO compliance where applicable. D. Expatriate Administration Coordinate end-to-end expatriate onboarding and offboarding activities. Manage work pass applications and related documentation. Coordinate relocation arrangements, including tenancy agreements and other administrative support where applicable. Liaise with regional HR and Finance teams on expatriate administration and secondment-related matters. E. Campus Recruitment & Internship Programme Coordinate campus recruitment and internship programmes with universities and institutions of higher learning. Manage the recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of interns. Support career fairs, employer branding and campus engagement activities. Prepare recruitment metrics and reports when required. F. Other Responsibilities Support HR projects and continuous process improvement initiatives. Provide general HR administrative support to ensure smooth departmental operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of HR Generalist experience, preferably in Singapore. Good knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations. Hands-on experience managing Work Pass applications, renewals and cancellations. Experience supporting expatriate administration and relocation will be an advantage. Good understanding of recruitment and the employee lifecycle. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Well-organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HRIS systems will be an advantage.
