HVAC System Engineer

Key Responsibilities ·Responsible for HVAC system design, equipment selection, load calculations, duct and piping design, airflow analysis, and commissioning for commercial and industrial facilities ·Manage projects from concept design through construction support and commissioning for data centers, semiconductor fabs, hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, or large industrial facilities. ·Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and delivery. ·Support site activities including installation supervision, testing, and commissioning where required. Job Requirement ·Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering ,Architectural Engineering, Energy Engineering Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. ·Proficient in both English and Chinese ·Strong hands-on experience in on-site supervision of fire protection system installations. ·Familiar with Singapore HVAC requirements, codes, and authority inspection processes administered by Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF). ·Knowledge of HVAC system testing, commissioning, and authority inspection workflows is an advantage. ·Able to work independently onsite, and coordinate effectively with project teams, contractors, system vendors, and Clients. ·Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project ·Working Location : Woodlands
