About Us Curlys Trading Pte Ltd is part of Ebb & Flow Group, a homegrown Singapore F&B hospitality company behind some of the city's most celebrated dining concepts. We are excited to be opening our newest Mediterranean concept at Dempsey Hill, and we are looking for passionate and service-driven individuals to be part of our opening team. About the Role As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be the face of our restaurant and the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a pivotal role in creating warm, memorable, and personalised dining experiences that reflect the spirit and identity of our brand. Key Responsibilities Welcome and greet all guests in a warm, professional, and attentive manner upon arrival and departure Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, ensuring optimal flow of service throughout each session Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and feedback promptly and professionally, escalating where necessary Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless communication and a smooth dining experience for all guests Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations, guest preferences, and special occasions to enable personalised service Assist in managing waitlists and walk-in guests during peak periods Proactively anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations Uphold the restaurant's brand standards, service culture, and presentation at all times Support the management team with any additional front-of-house duties as required Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a guest-facing role within the F&B or hospitality industry Pleasant, well-groomed appearance with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong command of English; proficiency in an additional language is an advantage Ability to remain calm, composed, and solutions-oriented in a fast-paced environment A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest experiences Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile Proficiency in reservation management systems (e.g. Chope, Sevenrooms, or similar) is an advantage Candidates with no prior experience but a strong passion for hospitality are welcome to apply What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package 5 day work week Opportunity to be part of an exciting new restaurant opening at Dempsey Hill A dynamic and supportive work environment within a growing F&B group Career development and growth opportunities within Ebb & Flow Group
