Job Description: Provide Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to patients. Lead and supervise the clinic's daily operations and staff. Ensure high standards of patient care and service quality. Develop and implement treatment plans based on patients' conditions. Maintain accurate patient medical records. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies. Handle patient feedback and resolve operational issues. Support business development and promote the clinic's services. Requirements: Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Physician. Relevant TCM qualification and valid practicing license. Previous managerial or supervisory experience is an advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills. Customer service-oriented with good interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and in a team.
