About this role
Job Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to support warehouse and logistics operations. The role involves managing raw materials and finished goods, processing outbound orders, coordinating recalls and tolling transfers, and ensuring accurate inventory monitoring. You will work closely with warehouse, production, suppliers, and customer service teams to maintain smooth operations and compliance with site safety procedures. Responsibilities Lead the management of weekly recalls and tolling transfers to ensure timely and accurate inventory adjustments Process outbound orders and coordinate push deployments to meet delivery schedules and customer requirements Coordinate finished goods handovers from production to maintain seamless workflow and inventory accuracy Generate order lists and STO reports to support freight and shipping processes, ensuring data accuracy and timely communication Manage Packaging Raw Material (PRM) replenishment by processing purchase requests and orders, and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels Maintain proper documentation and filing systems to support operational transparency and audit readiness Provide responsive support to customer service team members to resolve operational issues and enhance service delivery Enforce full compliance with site safety and operational procedures to uphold workplace safety standards Required competencies and certifications Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field Experience in customer service, warehouse, or logistics operations Knowledge of inventory management, order processing, and ERP systems Commitment to workplace safety and compliance Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple logistics tasks and documentation efficiently Effective communication skills applied in coordinating cross-functional teams and supplier interactions Multitasking ability to handle concurrent operational demands and support team members
