Assistant Manager / Manager / Senior Manager (Plans), Strategy & Planning, CSA

As a member of the Plans Team, you will assist in the strategic planning, policy development, resource management, and corporate planning to support the strategic development of the national cybersecurity capability. Responsibilities • Conceptualise and develop strategic development plans and master plans, policies and legislations pertaining to cybersecurity • Coordinate and assist in developing and drafting strategies, concepts and masterplans • Monitor and drive the implementation of cybersecurity strategies and masterplans • Manage resources needed to deliver our cybersecurity strategies and masterplans • Develop work plans and conduct work-planning activities, including workplanning retreats and workshops • Develop a framework to manage and report on performance of CSA • Engage internal and external stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate strategic planning and prioritisation • Conduct research on strategic trends in cybersecurity • Present plans and strategies to senior management • Perform secretariat duties for regular meetings with senior management Requirements • A tertiary qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Experience in a similar role in the public sector would be an advantage. • Articulate and strong conceptual abilities • Excellent analytical and writing skills • Enjoys conducting research • Good presentation skills and comfortable with public speaking • Able to work independently, good interpersonal and organisational skills If you share our passion to make a difference in the cyber security landscape, take up the challenge and apply now.
