What the role is: As a member of CSA’s Early Talent team within Corporate Services, you can look forward to making a direct impact on the nation’s cybersecurity ecosystem as you meaningfully engage early tech talents from all walks of life throughout their recruitment journey. This role is crucial in providing timely administrative and logistical support to the team’s recruitment of early tech talent and in-program operations. This role also involves stakeholder engagement, stakeholder management as well as in-house event operations support. Your responsibilities include: • Recruitment and Logistic Support - Establish and maintain rapport with applicants and CSA staff interviewers throughout the recruitment journey. - Ensure timeliness of emails, updates and collaterals to be sent to applicants and stakeholders. - Scheduling of multiple interviews/events using Microsoft Outlook while noting the requirements for each scheduled interview/event. - Managing of event logistics for onboarding of new hires. - Work with the Early Talent Manager to implement any changes to the recruitment process. - Periodically update the Early Talent Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). • Data Tracking and Analysis - Track the inflow of applicant data and consistently maintain several databases. - Manage the inflow of applicant documents and organize them effectively. - Meticulously check each template and ensure the accuracy of each information. - Improve the data tracking process • Career Fair Outreach - Support career fairs and outreach events by liaising with universities and preparing the necessary logistics. - Engage polytechnic and university students at CSA’s career booth. • Designing of Electronic Direct Mail (EDM) - Design posters, EDMs, internship job ads using Canva, Premier Pro or related software. What are we looking for: • Degree/Diploma in Human Resource, Business, Marketing or a related discipline. • Team players who can also work independently when needed. • Meticulous and Detail-oriented. • Proactively takes ownership of the tasks that are assigned and consistently delivers. • Good Project Management. • Communicates clearly and concisely (both verbal and written communication). • Applicants with a flair in design and competent in using design software (Canva, Adobe Suites etc) will be advantageous.
