Sales & Project Manager Occupation SALES MANAGER Job Description & Requirements CYC Uniform is looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Project Manager to join our corporate uniforms division. This role combines strategic sales leadership with operational excellence to deliver quality uniform solutions for our clients across industries. Key Responsibilities Prospect and win new business. Identify and approach potential corporate clients in healthcare, hospitality, retail, and government sectors; build a pipeline and close deals. Own the customer relationship. Be the main point of contact for your accounts — understanding their needs, managing expectations, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients coming back. Run the project end-to-end. Once a deal closes, you stay on it — briefing the production team, tracking timelines, and managing the project through to delivery of the finished uniforms. Solve problems as they come up. Fabric substitutions, sizing issues, timeline pressures — you're the person who keeps things moving and keeps the client informed. What you'll need 2–4 years of relevant experience , ideally in uniform, textile, or apparel sales — you understand fabric, garment construction, and production timelines well enough to speak the client's language and hold your own in production discussions. A track record of prospecting and closing B2B deals, not just managing existing accounts. Comfort managing multiple client projects simultaneously, each with its own timeline and moving parts. Strong communication skills — you'll be the face of CYC to hospital procurement teams, hotel GMs, and government tender committees alike. Someone who takes ownership. This role carries a deal from first call to final delivery — we're looking for someone who wants that full picture of responsibility, not just a slice of it. Diploma or Degree in Apparel Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in B2B sales or operations, preferably in apparel, textiles, or corporate uniforms. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to manage client relationships. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on attitude with a passion for both sales and process improvement. Knowledge of garment production or fabrics is a plus. What We Offer A collaborative and entrepreneurial workplace culture. Opportunities to grow and influence business direction. Competitive salary with performance incentives. A high-trust role within a lean, focused Corporate Uniforms team — you'll work closely with our Merchandising/Logistics Manager and leadership on every deal. The chance to build lasting relationships with some of Singapore's most established institutions. A 90-year heritage brand behind you, with real room to shape how this division grows. Join us in shaping how businesses dress their teams—with comfort, style, and pride.
