Marketing Coordinator (Investment Sales)

Maintain and regularly update the team's client and prospect email and WhatsApp database, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Coordinate and execute Electronic Direct Mailers (EDMs), including managing distribution lists, scheduling campaigns, and monitoring responses. Provide dedicated administrative and coordination support to the Managing Director, Deputy Managing Director, Executive Director, and three other team members (6 staff members in total). Assist with the preparation of marketing materials, physical mailers, client communications, presentations, and business development initiatives. Undertake ad-hoc projects and any other duties as assigned Invoice & claims preparation.
