Telesales Executive (Banking)

Job description: Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce the Bank's products and services. Identify customers' needs and recommend suitable banking solutions based on their requirements. Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional and effective communication. Achieve individual sales and productivity targets. Follow up on customer enquiries and sales opportunities in a timely manner. Record customer interactions accurately and ensure proper documentation of sales activities. Adhere to the Bank's policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards. Requirements: Local Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in telesales, customer service, call centre, or sales will be an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in engaging customers over the phone. Customer-oriented, driven, and motivated to achieve targets. Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer applications.
