About this role

Responsibilities: Asset Management Maintain up-to-date network inventory in CMDBsystem and network database. Track the lifecycle of network assets. Coordinate disposal of network assets andannual fixed asset verification. Telco Billing Process and verify telco invoices, ensuringaccuracy and timely payment. Identify billing discrepancies and coordinatewith vendors for resolutions. Provide monthly costing for reporting. Data Line Tracking and Contract Management Keep track of new, upgraded and terminatednetwork data lines. Monitor contract expirations and coordinaterenewal, termination or upgrades with network engineers and service providers. Ensure proper documentation of all network dataline changes for auditing and cost management. Data Management and Reporting Utilize MS Excel for data entry, organize,analysis and reporting on asset tracking, network data lines, contract renewalsand telco billing. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Business/Asset Management,or relevant qualifications. At least 2 years’ relevant experiencepreferably in a Finance Institution. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot, Tables,VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Data Validation, Formula). Experience in telco contract tracking, vendorcoordination and data management are an advantage. Possess good written and documentation skillsand effective communication skills able to collaborate and work with variousstakeholders. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and coordination skills.
