About the Role A newly created role for an operationally-minded HR professional to help build in-house payroll capability for a growing Singapore-based team, part of a small organization with international offices across the US, Singapore, and Greater China. This role reports into the US Office. What You'll Do Lead the transition of payroll from third-party EOR/vendor arrangements to an in-house setup Manage monthly payroll processing, tax deductions, and statutory filings Handle bonus payout calculations and the internal approval process Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with local regulations Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative execution What We're Looking For Solid hands-on experience in payroll processing and HR operations in Singapore Experience transitioning payroll from EOR/outsourced models to in-house systems is highly preferred Execution-focused, detail-oriented, comfortable with process-heavy work Strong understanding of Singapore payroll/tax compliance requirements If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
