Investment Fund Accounting Associate

Join a MAS-licensed AI-powered quantitative hedge fund as we build out our fund operations team. This is a hands-on role covering the full fund lifecycle across our Variable Capital Company (VCC) structures. What You'll Do Process investor subscriptions and redemptions, manage account openings, and maintain fund documentation Review NAV reports from fund administrators and support annual audits Liaise with brokers, fund administrators, and service providers as a key point of contact Support ad-hoc projects assigned by management What We're Looking For Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or any related field (No experience are welcomed) Prior exposure to investment funds, fund administration, or fund accounting internship is a plus Strong attention to detail — you'll be handling numbers and documents that matter Comfortable working independently and as part of a small, high-ownership team Genuine curiosity about financial markets, investment funds , and how they operate If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
