About The Role Covering the full recruitment cycle (270 or 360) from sourcing, interest engagement, interview process, and offer management to onboarding Providing professional recruitment services to candidates Sourcing and placement of suitable professionals and talents to job opportunities with our portfolio of global clients Bring good practices and knowledge of recruitment into the current team Attractive compensation package: salary+commission Our ideal candidate has : With at least 1-2 yrs of recruitment experience and a good understanding of manpower, be passionate about the recruitment industry With a strong understanding and expertise of recruitment of software technical/corporate/business talents in the Internet industry Strong communication skills and good at engaging clients and candidates Result-oriented, resilient, resourceful, humble, persuasive, and independent MOM CEI certification is preferred but not a must
