HR Manager

About the Role We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a small, fast-paced organization operating across the AI infrastructure and digital asset space, with a presence in Singapore, the US, and Greater China. This is a standalone HR role based in Singapore, reporting directly to the CFO. What You'll Do Own the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between Manage local tax filings, statutory compliance, and payroll-related administration Oversee relationships with EOR/PEO vendors and HR systems across the region Support equity and RSU administration for local employees Partner with Finance on compensation, rewards, and budget planning Drive HR initiatives independently — this is a hands-on, builder role with significant autonomy What We're Looking For 5+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally in a lean or standalone HR setup Prior exposure to equity/RSU administration and multi-vendor HR systems (EOR/PEO) is a strong plus Comfortable operating with minimal oversight — self-directed, resourceful, and detail-oriented If it sounds like your next move, please don’t hesitate to apply.
