Executive Director, Wealth & Corporate Client Solutions

Responsibilities: 1. Investment Solutions & Portfolio Management Lead discretionary and advisory portfolio solutions for HNW/UHNW clients. Design and oversee SMA, model portfolios and asset allocation frameworks. Develop investment strategy across equities, fixed income, funds and multi-asset solutions. Enhance portfolio risk management and governance processes. 2. Product Governance & Due Diligence Chair the product selection and onboarding process. Establish fund due diligence standards and governance frameworks. Manage Approved Product List (APL) and lending eligibility framework. Work closely with Risk, Compliance and Legal teams. 3. Strategic Business Development Identify new wealth management capabilities and strategic partnerships. Drive collaboration with global asset managers, banks and technology providers. Support business growth through innovative investment offerings. 4. Digital Transformation & Platform Development Lead implementation of portfolio management, advisory and risk systems. Drive automation and digitalization initiatives across investment functions. Act as business sponsor for strategic technology projects. 5. Client Advisory & Thought Leadership Support relationship managers in servicing UHNW clients. Participate in key client meetings and investment committees. Conduct investment seminars and market outlook presentations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. At least 20 years’ of working experience in investment and wealth management, covering global equities and multi-asset portfolio Strong expertise in portfolio management, asset allocation and wealth solutions for high-net worth clients Proven capability in end-to-end product development and large-scale project execution (strategy to system implementation) Advanced stakeholder management and global partnership experience Strong spoken and written Japanese language and English language skills.
