Reservation Executive

Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore We are looking for a Reservation Executive to join our team! As a Reservation Executive , we rely on you to: Manage telephone and email reservations to deliver accurate and timely booking confirmations that enhance guest satisfaction Use OPMS and other hotel reservation systems to process bookings efficiently and maintain up-to-date records Communicate clearly and professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds to address inquiries and resolve booking issues Follow through on guest bookings to ensure all requests and changes are handled promptly and accurately Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth reservation workflows and optimize booking opportunities Provide courteous and helpful service to promote guest retention and positive experiences at the point of booking We are looking for someone who: Experience working in a hotel/resort environment or related hospitality industry in managing rooms bookings.
