Business Development Executive (Tours And Travel)

Job Description & Requirements 6 Days work week (Including Saturday and Sunday, 1 weekday off) Working Hours: 6am-10pm with breaks in between. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for planning and sourcing new business opportunity. To achieve contact and collaborations with the different stakeholders in the tourism sector (example tour agencies, tour guides, hotels, companies. Generate revenue among the contacts in the extensive networking, including through upselling and cross-selling to the different contacts in your networks. Planning and arranging contracts for the collaboration partners. Work with BD Sales team to plan and execute tactical campaigns to drive attraction and retail tourism sales. Work closely with inbound agents to receive daily schedules and monitor driver movement. Work with team to update weekly, monthly sales reports and assist with annual report preparation. Work closely with STB & In-market agents for business development Requirements Bachelor in Tourism Management or in Business relevant fields Proven experience in a similar role Experience in Business Development/Planning, sales and marketing Excellent communication skills Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
