As Area Vice President of GTM Sales for ASEAN , you will lead a dynamic, high-performing sales organisation responsible for driving top-line revenue across the region, acquiring new logos, and ensuring our existing clients continue to grow their use of Dataiku over time. Reporting directly into the Regional SVP, you will lead a team of Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and an Enterprise GTM sales organisation, coaching and enabling them to perform at the highest level. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional partners including Pre-Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Data Science. Responsibilities Drive top-line revenue growth across ASEAN territory through new logo acquisition and upsell motions, fostering adoption and expansion within existing accounts. Lead, coach, develop, and enable a customer-facing organisation of RVPs and Enterprise Account Executives, with dotted-line oversight of supporting GTM functions. Partner with the Regional SVP to define and execute the Go-To-Market strategy across ASEAN, including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and wider ASEAN markets.
