We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Assistant Manager / Manager to join our team in Singapore. This role will be responsible for overseeing the revenue management and marketing functions of our 3-star hotel in Seoul, South Korea, while supporting the Company's growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, and the ability to develop and execute data-driven strategies that enhance revenue performance, market presence, and profitability. Key Responsibilities Revenue Management Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize room revenue, occupancy, and overall hotel profitability. Analyze market trends, competitor performance, customer demand, and booking patterns to identify revenue opportunities. Manage room inventory, pricing, and distribution across all online and offline channels, including OTAs, direct booking platforms, and GDS. Prepare demand forecasts, budgets, and regular revenue performance reports for management review. Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, market share, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with Sales, Reservations, and Front Office teams to align pricing and promotional initiatives. Maintain strong relationships with online travel agents, corporate clients, and distribution partners. Identify and implement new revenue-generating opportunities and industry best practices. Develop and implement strategies to boost direct bookings and revenue through the hotel's website, reducing dependency on third-party distribution channels and improving overall profitability. Coordinate promotional campaigns, seasonal packages, and special offers to maximize occupancy and revenue. · Undertake any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management from time to time. · Occasional travel may be required to support business needs. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel revenue management, reservations, or hotel sales, preferably within a 3- to 4-star hotel environment. Strong knowledge of Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Property Management Systems (PMS), channel managers, and OTA platforms. Advanced analytical and reporting skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations. Good communication skills in English and Chinese would be advantageous. Basic understanding of Korean would be an added benefit.
