Job Summary Join Dawn Horizon to support halal businesses by strengthening internal halal assurance practices and providing compliance advisory services, contributing to the integrity and growth of the global Halal economy. Responsibilities Conduct internal reviews of halal compliance practices to ensure adherence to standards Verify documentation related to ingredients, suppliers, and procurement for halal compliance Support halal assurance processes within food establishments to maintain certification requirements Prepare detailed audit notes and reports to document findings and recommendations Provide practical guidance to businesses on maintaining and improving halal standards Work independently with strong attention to detail and integrity to uphold halal assurance quality Preferred competencies and qualifications Background in auditing, compliance, or quality assurance relevant to halal operations Experience working in halal-certified food operations Familiarity with Quality Management Systems Possession of the MUIS Halal Competency Assessment (HCA) certificate is an advantage
