Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Manage key accounts, including wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and F&B customers. Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve KPIs. Conduct regular customer visits, negotiate pricing, and prepare sales quotations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for management review. Perform any other duties assigned by the Management. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business, or related field. At least 3–5 years of sales management experience, preferably in the FMCG or food distribution industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Self-motivated with a proven track record in achieving sales targets. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Possess a Class 3 driving licence (preferred).
