Head of Sales, Cosmetic Active Ingredients – Asia Pacific

The Head of Sales will drive market penetration of novel biotechnology-derived ingredients by establishing and expanding relationships with major contract manufacturers across the Asia-Pacific region. This role involves executing commercial strategy, managing sales pipelines, and coordinating with internal R&D and marketing teams to ensure successful ingredient integration. Candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of direct experience in cosmetic ingredient sales to beauty contract manufacturers in the Asia region. A bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related field is required, along with an established network of contacts and the ability to travel extensively.
