Senior Quantity Surveyor (Renovation &Interior Fit-Out)

We deliver complex projects with skilled teams under demanding schedules. Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. You will apply innovative problem-solving and negotiation skills to manage cost estimation, tender submissions, and project financials within the construction environment. Responsibilities Tender Stage Prepare competitive cost and tender submissions aligned with client budgets and timelines Conduct competitor and industry cost analysis to update and review company Schedule of Rates regularly Monitor and follow up on tender submission status with clients and maintain an updated Quotation List Collaborate with Business Development and QS teams to prioritize and review tender lists Project Stage Submit subcontract and material Purchase Requisitions for approval using ERP system Coordinate with Project Manager and purchasing team to ensure purchases comply with project budgets and schedules Liaise with insurance companies to verify coverage adequacy and purchasing requirements Document design changes and maintain an updated Variation Order list Work with Project Manager to track project status and submit Progress claims and billings per payment terms Assist Project Manager in project close-out by verifying completion and billing of original scope and Variation Orders Required competencies and certifications Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Renovation & Fit-out Works in Singapore, specifically ID & Joinery Recognized Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering or equivalent Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficiency in ERP software (Enterprise Resource Planning) Ability to multi-task and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong estimating and financial analysis skills Candidates must be based in Singapore and available for a physical interview Willingness to work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines
