As the Head of Partner Growth, you will lead the strategic vision and execution of affordability initiatives across the restaurant vertical for all 16 Pandora markets (including Foodra, Yemeksepeti, and Foodpanda). Leading a team of 7 (with 3 direct reports spanning Strategy, Product enablement, and Performance). You will sit at the nexus of commercial strategy and product development, ensuring that our regional and local markets are empowered with the right tools, playbooks, and governance to deliver measurable business impact. Main Responsibilities Leadership & Strategic Vision: Define and own the overarching vendor growth and affordability strategy across APAC and Europe. Synthesize market dynamics into a cohesive vision that balances aggressive growth with profitability and margin management. Team Leadership & Development: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of 7, directly supervising the Affordability Strategy Manager, Affordability Product Manager, and Affordability Performance Manager. Foster a culture of analytical rigor, execution discipline, and cross-collaboration. Cross-Pillar Orchestration: Strategy & Planning: Oversee forecasting, commercial KPI target setting, and the deployment of data-backed growth playbooks (ROI calculators, pitch decks) to local sales teams. Product Alignment: Guide the affordability product roadmap, working with the product teams to accurately translates regional performance limitations into prioritized, high-impact feature rollouts. Performance: Direct the PMO and execution governance frameworks, ensuring the Performance Manager successfully tracks root-cause diagnostics, A/B tests, and scaling initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between central, regional, and local country leadership in a highly matrixed organization. Resolve escalated blockers, drive alignment without direct authority, and ensure execution consistency across cross-border commercial initiatives. P&L & Commercial Accountability: Take ultimate accountability for the commercial impact of affordability programs such as campaigns, subscription, etc Qualifications Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy consulting, tech, e-commerce, or marketplace environments. Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams (Strategy, Product, Operations). Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, unit economics, margin management, pricing, and promotional efficiency. Global/Regional Scale: Extensive international exposure and experience managing complex initiatives across multiple countries or regions (ideally across APAC and Europe). Matrix Leadership: Exceptional ability to navigate matrix organizations, aligning central engineering/product teams with regional commercial and operational execution. Analytical & Operational Rigor: High comfort level with translating complex data diagnostics and A/B test results into C-level strategic recommendations and scalable operational playbooks. Communication: Clear, concise, and decisive communicator capable of pitching overarching strategies to executive leadership while troubleshooting execution gaps with local teams.
