T&L: Merger & Acquisition Tax Senior Manager

The successful candidate will advise corporate clients on local and international corporate tax issues, focusing on M&A tax matters such as due diligence, structuring, and post-acquisition restructuring. Responsibilities also include drafting tax advisory memos or reports and leading the execution of key objectives for stakeholders. Candidates must possess at least 6 years of corporate tax experience, preferably within an international accounting or law firm, with advisory experience being preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related business field, along with a professional qualification recognized by ISCA, is required.
