Job Summary We are seeking a passionate Specialty Barista to craft quality coffee and beverages, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain high standards in a fast-paced café environment. Responsibilities Prepare specialty coffee and handcrafted beverages to meet quality standards Perform daily espresso calibration and adjust grinders to ensure optimal extraction Maintain consistency in coffee extraction and beverage quality through precise techniques Create clean and consistent latte art to enhance customer experience Keep the coffee station clean, organized, and well-stocked Support café service efficiently during peak periods Recommend beverages and engage customers warmly to enhance satisfaction Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, milk, and café supplies to ensure availability Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and uphold high service standards Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in specialty coffee or café environment Knowledge of espresso extraction and calibration Ability to texture milk and perform latte art consistently Passion for coffee and delivering excellent customer experience Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team Willingness to work weekends and public holidays Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Experience with manual brew methods Coffee recipe development skills Ability to train junior staff Knowledge of grinder maintenance and coffee workflow
