Technical Director

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Technical Director/Product R&D Director to lead our research and development efforts in high-power server products. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electronic engineering, communication, or automation, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering innovative hardware solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership and Strategy: Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical staff in the research and development of high-power server products. Develop and execute strategic plans for product development, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. 2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance in hardware circuit design, component selection, and debugging processes. Proficiently develop ARM, DSP, FPGA, MCU, and other embedded hardware systems. 3. Product Development: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from concept to production. Drive innovation in embedded UI frameworks such as LVGL, QT, miniGUI, touchgfx, and ensure successful product launches. 4. Technology Integration: Ensure deep understanding and application of Linux/RTOS architectures, operational mechanisms, and equipment driving principles. Integrate advanced technologies and standards into product designs to maintain competitive advantage. 5. Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging communication and effective coordination among team members. Mentor and develop technical talent within the team, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement. How you will stand out: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Communication, Automation, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience, with demonstrated experience in team leadership. Strong proficiency in hardware circuit design, component selection, and debugging. Expertise in ARM, DSP, FPGA, MCU, and other embedded hardware systems development. Familiarity with embedded UI frameworks (LVGL, QT, miniGUI, touchgfx) and successful product launches. In-depth knowledge of Linux/RTOS architectures, operational mechanisms, and equipment driving principles. Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead and motivate technical teams. Experience with advanced technology integration and EDA tools/methodologies.
