Details of the Division and Team: The Business Functional Analyst will play a role in driving transformation initiatives across Capital Markets business lines, bridging the gap between Front Office, Dealers, Operations, Risk and Technology. The role requires capital markets product knowledge, strong business analysis skills, and the ability to translate business objectives into actionable business and functional requirements. This position will work closely with the Programme Lead to manage stakeholders in shaping target operating models, re-engineer processes, and deliver high-impact change programs that align with client, business and regulatory objectives of the Bank. Conduct detailed analysis of business needs for initiatives across asset classes (Structured Products, FX, Equities, Fixed Income). Document and validate high quality business functional requirements. Develop process maps, business workflows, and functional specifications. Facilitate communication at cross-team level to create consensus on scope, design decisions, and implementation decisions.
