The role is responsible for supporting business performance, strategic execution, governance, change management, people initiatives and organizational effectiveness across the franchise. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Front Office, COO, Transformation, HR and Control Functions (Global and Regional) to support achievement of business objectives while maintaining a strong risk and control environment. The role combines business management, strategic planning, change execution and executive stakeholder management, requiring strong analytical capability and the ability to influence senior decision-makers. Strategy and Business Execution Support the PB EM Head, COO and PB EM Leadership Team in implementing and monitoring strategic priorities. Translate business objectives into actionable implementation plans, deliverables, owners and measurable outcomes. Drive execution of key regional initiatives and ensure delivery against agreed milestones. Coordinate cross-functional activities across Business, COO, Operations and Infrastructure functions. Support preparation of business reviews, strategic planning exercises and senior management presentations. Governance and Executive Management Support Support governance forums, management committees and executive review meetings. Coordinate preparation of high-quality materials for senior management discussion and decision-making. Track strategic actions, decisions and commitments across the franchise. Coordinate responses to management, regulatory and audit requests. Ensure consistent governance standards across the PB Emerging Markets platform. Support PB EM COO and Head in defining and delivering their People Engagement initiatives Transformation and Change Management Lead or coordinate strategic transformation initiatives across the region. Steer and oversee change management activities to ensure successful adoption of platform improvements Monitor programme delivery, risks, dependencies and benefits realisation. Collaborate with Transformation, Technology, Operations and Business stakeholders to drive change outcomes. Support implementation of divisional transformation programmes and operating model enhancements. Promote adoption of process improvements, automation and best practices. Stakeholder Management Build trusted partnerships across Front Office, COO, Infrastructure and Control Functions. Act as a key coordination point for regional and global initiatives impacting PB EM. Influence stakeholders across geographies and functions to drive alignment and execution. Represent the Regional COO in selected working groups, forums and initiatives. Provide structured communication and follow-through across senior stakeholder groups.
