Success requires close alignment with local and regional Business Development, Solution Design, and IT teams while navigating a complex and fast-paced stakeholder landscape. The Regional Head of DFS APAC leads the regional agenda for DHL Fulfillment Solutions across two core Account Growth Streams (AGS), playing a critical role in delivering our 2030 growth ambition (€5.5bn globally and €670m in APAC). This role is responsible for translating global strategy into effective regional execution, strengthening operational excellence, and ensuring DFS solutions are scalable, repeatable, and aligned across all APAC markets. The primary purpose of this role is to continuously enhance the DFS solution offering while providing strategic guidance to APAC countries on how to promote, design, implement, and deploy eCommerce and Returns solutions. This includes shaping key customer engagements and ensuring that solutions address local market needs while remaining aligned with global DFS standards and enabling scalability across regions.
